My tenure here has been marked by a steadfast commitment to creative excellence and an innovative approach to design communication. Embracing the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the academic environment, I have contributed to a variety of projects that highlight the diversity and scope of my work.
Key projects include the development of internal screens that enhance communication within the faculty, and the execution of the Future Me campaign aimed at inspiring prospective students. I have also designed the EEO Brochure, promoting equal employment opportunities, and the Geothermal Brochure for a seminar in Malaysia, which required a deep understanding of the subject matter and cultural considerations.
For the 2022 Open Day Event—the faculty's largest and first public event post-pandemic—I created a comprehensive wayfinding system, along with informative boards, posters, and leaflets to guide and engage attendees. My work extended to social media graphics, ensuring a cohesive online presence, and the bi-yearly webinars, where I designed compelling visuals to support our digital outreach efforts.
Additionally, I have refreshed the design of the Faculty Presentation Folder and introduced a new business card design, enhancing our professional identity. I also updated the faculty's pull-up banners and created various event materials, including those for Christmas and other occasions, using Eventbrite and internal info digital screens to streamline event management and communication.
Throughout my time at the Faculty of Engineering, I have leveraged my skills to produce designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and impactful. My passion for design and dedication to excellence continue to drive me as I contribute to the vibrant academic community at the University of Auckland.
